Ukraine has not applied to its Western partners in order to deploy elements of a missile defense system on its territory, president Petro Poroshenko noted.
"We have not been applied to. This issue is not on the agenda," Tass cites him as saying.
The Ukrainian President also spoke about the reform of the armed forces. "Ukraine allocates more than 5% of its GDP to defense, including a significant part directed to the purchase of modern weapons and modernization of arms."
