Russia has made grain deliveries to Iran on an "oil-for-goods" program for a few days, the assistant head of Rosselkhoznadzor, Alexey Alexeyenko, said.
"Yes, the deliveries began a few days ago, as of now 100,000 tons of grain have been shipped," RIA Novosti cited Alexeyenko as saying.
He noted that Russia plans to deliver at least 1.3 million tons of grain to Iran in 2015.
