ranian Energy Minister Madjid Namdjiu said on Wednesday that the task of the synchronization of the Iranian energy network with the Russian and Azerbaijani systems is a priority, News.am reports. These measures will also allow the connection of the Iranian network to the European energy system in the future.
The volume of Iranian-Azerbaijani electricity exchange is now being boosted to 700 megawatts. Iran also plans to synchronize its network with the Armenian one.
