Russia grants financial aid to Kyrgyzstan

Russia will provide Kyrgyzstan with humanitarian aid. As announced Russian Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin $20 million will be granted to Kyrgyzstan and this country will also receive for $30 million credit on faorable terms, reports Prime-TASS.
He added that Kazakhstan desperately needs financial aid, due to the decrease of custom and tax proceeds. Russian Finance Ministry also is ready to provide Kyrgyzstan with credits on a mid-term basis. Particularly, central banks of both countries should estimate the the balance of payments.
Russian oil companies also ready to export 25 thousand tons of oil products in Kyrgyzstan to provide spring agricultural works with fuel.
