Arab company to sell its stake in port of Poti

The Arab company “Rakii Investments” is planning to sell the port of
Poti, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Haater Massad.

According to him, the company intends to introduce the port on the
international stock exchanges. “We are going withdraw from the port in
2011. These are our strategic assets. When you can get money from the
sale of the port, why shouldn't we do it?” Masada said.

The company “Rakiin Investments” was handed a controlling stake in the
port (51%) with the right of management for 49 years in April 2008.
