Minsk will host a session of an expert group to view the project of
the plan for the social and demographic policy of the Commonwealth of
Independent States (CIS).
The scheme involves the establishment of a complex mechanism to
protect the social rights of the population, including economic,
political, legal, administrative instruments and allowing the sides to
minimize violations of human rights.
Agreeing on the social and demographic policy, strengthening and
development of cooperation within the CIS will boost realization of
outstanding and perspective goals in the social sphere and will
improve the living standards of CIS citizens.
After being viewed by experts, the plan will be considered by the
Council of CIS heads of government.
