Armenian government approved the order of implementing and using model projects of private housing and their catalogue. Armenian Minister of Urban Planning Vardan Vardanyan noted at the session on Thursday that the importance of creating model projects is due to the variety of styles of private houses built in Armenia’s capital, “NewsArmenia” reports.
“The proposed projects were discussed by departments interested, as well as construction companies”, - he boted.
Armenian government aims at creating a catalogue of model projects, to form project documentation to construct 1-2 storey 1-6 room houses in cities and villages. The catalogue, which will consist of over 10 projects, will provide a unique architectural style.
Armenian Premier Tigran Sargsyan said earlier that Armenian government will work on reducing the large variety of architectural styles of private housing. Armenians citizens build housing on their land property without any projects.
The head of Armenian government noted, that the Ministry of Urban Planning tendered development of model projects. Over ten plans will be selected and approved. Armenian citizens will be able to choose freely the best one and reduce their expenses.
