Seaport “Kavkaz” increases cargo handling

The seaport “Kavkaz” in the Krasnodar Territory increased its cargo
handling by 20.3% in January - October of this year, up to 8,102,350
tons.

According to Interfax, the transshipment of in-berth export cargos has
increased by 32.4%, up to 4,547,500 tons, and by 53.2%, up to 844,900
tons of import cargos.

In ten months the port handled 2,437 ships (an increase of 13.6%), and
the railway crossing in “Kavkaz” port handled 1,474,000 tons of cargo
(up by 23.6%).
