The Polish company ‘The One’ has purchased Georgia's ‘Referral
Hospital’ for $550,000, Business Georgia reports.
The starting price for the facility at the auction was $500,000. ‘The
One’ was the only company interested.
The new owner will hold the portfolio for 7 years. In three years the
company will invest 3 million euros on repair works and updating the
material and technical base of the facility.
