Within the International Nuclear Security Summit in Washington Turkey and Brazil expressed an analogical approach to the nuclear programme of Iran, speaking against harsh actions, TRT reports.
Both countries, temporary members of United Nations Security Council, believe, that Iran issue should get a chance for diplomatic efforts.
Davutoglu is expected to exchange opinions with Brazilian leaders on the focus of diplomatic efforts, which both countries propose to solve Iran problem.
It will be Davutoglu’s second meeting after negotiations in Washington with his Brazilian colleague Selsa Amorim. The head of Turkey’s Foreign Ministry will also meet Brazil President Lula da Silva.
The Committee on top-level co-operation between Turkey and Brazil will have a second session during Davutoglu’s visit to Brazil.
