An inspection by the Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation reveals that the 2009 budget plan of Krasnodar Territoryis fulfilled concerning income at 101.9% and spending at 94.6% of the annual budget requirements. Excess income over spending is 1.35 billion rubles. Inter-budgetary transfers from the federal budget amount to 37.8 billion rubles, says the press service of the Chamber, according to Yuga.ru.
Several other violations were revealed. For example, the administration of Krasnodar Territory failed to purchase 398 apartments in Novorossisk and Tuapse for relocation of citizens from unfit accomodation.
The report on the results of the inspection will be send to the Federal Assembly and the plenipotentiary presidential envoy to the North Caucasian Federal District.
