Gazprom establishes subsidiary enterprise in South Ossetia

Gazprom has established a subsidiary company in South Ossetia.


Gazprom-South Ossetia (Tskhinvali), was registered on November 2.
Gazprom owns 75%+1 share in the company, Interfax reports.


On November 4, the company registered a 100% subsidiary company in
Belarus, a foreign private production unitary enterprise 'Gazprom
Transgaz West' (Minsk).
