Baku will host an international conference titled 'Oil and culture -
people's riches' on November 23-24. The press-service of the Ministry
of Culture and Tourism said that the event is realized within the
program of cooperation in culture with the Russian Culture Ministry in
2009-2010. Officials from major oil companies and scientific spheres
of Russia, Russian State Duma deputies will arrive in Azerbaijan.
After the conference, the sides will sign a declaration. The document
will be on of cultural policy in the modern world, and the necessity
to support culture and creativity by business.
