Chechnya's Argun will be fully renovated, Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov said during a visit to the city.
He also said one of the world most beautiful mosques, a big trade center and new municipal houses will be built, Yuga.ru reports.
He underlined that the best building materials will be used for constructions work.
Kadyrov also said that the local football stadium needs to be reconstructed.
