World Bank lends $24 million to Armenia

On the 30th of November, the chief executives council of the World Bank founded the credit program for Armenia "Electronic Society and innovations in favour of competition," NEWS.AM reports.


This program was developed specially for Armenia to overcome different problems in the sphere of information and communication technologies. It contributes to opportunity of population, enterprises and state institutions of using Internet services.


The total fund of the program is $30 million, $6 million will be supplied by the government of Armenia.
