The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine have adopted a document 'On the
signing of the Memorandum between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on cooperation in
organizing the supply of liquefied natural gas to Ukraine',
the official page of the Ukranian government informs, according to Trend.
The memorandum is aimed at establishing mutually beneficial
cooperation with Azerbaijan in the field of liquefied natural gas
deliveries to Ukraine
and providing the necessary organizational, technical, and economic
conditions for liquefied natural gas deliveries.
At present, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Romania are considering the
feasibility of the
Azerbaijan-Georgia-Romanian Interconnector (AGRI) project, which
involves the supply of the
Azerbaijani liquefied natural gas through Georgia and the Black Sea to Romania.
On the 14th of September Azerbaijan, Georgia, Romania and Hungary
signed the Baku Declaration on the draft AGRI in Baku.
