10-year development plan for West-Caspian basin discussed in Nalchik

Specialists of the West Caspian basin water directorate plan to create
four schemes of complex use and protection of the water bodies in the
North Caucasus and neighboring regions of the country by 2013, said
the head of the department, Magomed Hajiyev, RIA Novosti reports.
