the port of Novorossiysk, reached approximately $87.84 per barrel, the
minimum price was $86.69.

The average price for Brent Dated on December 13-17 was $91.1 per
barrel, exceeding the average price of the previous week by $0.76.
The maximum price per barrel of Brent oil was $91.53, the minimum
price was $90.52.
