The Trade and Industry Chamber of Russia's Leningrad Region has
declared 2011 the Year of the Turkish Republic, TRT reports.
The head of the Trade and Industry Chamber and Vice-Governor of the
region, Rashid Ismagilov, said that they will establish a new
industrial zone. Ankara plans to contribute to the development of the
zone.
The head of Industrial Chamber in Ankara, Nurettin Ozdebir, said that
they will demonstrate Turkish engineering and other Turkish sectors to
Russia for the benefit of the economies of both countries.
