Vardan Harutyunyan has been appointed acting director general of ArmRosgazprom, PanARMENIAN.net reports.
The head of the Russian gas giant’s branch, Anatoly Podmyshalsky, said that the temporary performance of duties will continue until the meeting of shareholders, when the Chairman of the Board - Director General will be officially elected. He also noted the efficient work of the company. “The gas industry is one of the leading ones in the republic, while ArmRosgazprom is one of the major taxpayers,” he added.
