The "RusHydro" company expects to purchase assets owned by the "Inter RAO" international energy corporation (a cascade of hydroelectric power stations on the Razdan river in Armenia). The investment will amount to 40 million euros.
RIA Novosti reports that the negotiations are continuing, but no agreements have yet been made.
The press service of "RusHydro" stated that purchasing 100% of the assets on the cascade is beneficial for both companies.
