Dagestan will spend over 3 billion rubles on the infrastructure of
cities and districts in 2011.
The money will be spent on construction of kindergartens, schools,
clinics, first-aid stations and plumbing, RIA Dagestan reports.
The Ministry of Economy of Dagestan says that the republic leads in
terms of housing construction.
