A law on ratification of a memorandum on the development of a ring
highway along the Black Sea coast has been signed by the Russian
President, Dmitry Medvedev, Interfax reports.
The memorandum provides for construction of a ring highway around
7,140 kilometers long, which will pass through Turkey, Georgia,
Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria and Greece.
The project will create a modern road infrastructure in the Black Sea
region and enhance trade, as well as economic and tourist relations.
