Kazakhstan proposes abolishing roaming in countries of CES

Kazakhstan will seek the abolition of roaming charges for mobile phone
users in Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus, members of the Common
Economic Space (CES), ITAR-TASS reports.

 Boris Pargesov, the head of the Kazakh Bureau for Competition Protection, noted that such a norm has already been introduced in the
 European Union.
