South Ossetian leader Eduard Kokoity promised to provide orphans and
large families with material aid for the New Year.
Every orphan will receive 5,000 rubles. Large families with five or
more children will receive 30,000 rubles. The rest will receive 10,000
rubles each, IA Res reports.
The president says that the state programme for youth support is
operating constantly and providing aid.
