Iran announced on Wednesday that it plans to launch another domestically-produced satellite, called Fajr (Dawn), into space by late March 2011, Fars news agency reports.
"Based on our plans, the domestically-produced Fajr satellite will be launched into space by the end of this year" ( year in Iran ends on March 20), Iranian Telecommunications Minister Reza Taqipour said on a cabinet meeting today.
