Economy Minister Kristina Ozgan held a meeting with deputies of the Abkhazian Parliament. Ozgan announced key points of the agreement on providing aid and finance, signed during the visit of Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, reports information agency Apsnypress.
According to the Minister, about 11 billion roubles will be spent on reconstructing health care and educational and cultural facilities, as well as the establishment of the agricultural, transport, housing and
administrative infrastructure.
Within the framework of cultural renewal, top priority was given to reconstruction of the Abkhazian State Drama theatre, the Russian Drama Theater, regional culture centers and the State Library.
"The restoration of industry and agriculture will ease the problem of unemployment and increase the production capacities of the republic," - said Ozgan.
