The permament representative of Iran in the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Ali Asgar Soltanie called on the West not to miss the chance to seal a deal on nuclear fuel for a reactor in Tehran. Soltanie noted that Iran has never violated the non-proliferation treaty and has never tried to obtain nuclear weapons.
