The first regular international flight to Anapa, in Russia's Krasnodar
Territory, was carried out on Tuesday by the Tatarstan air company
from the Armenian capital of Yerevan.
The airport, which previously only served international charter and
regular internal flights, was modernized due to the start of the
flight, Interfax reports, citing the BazEl Aero group.
The Anapa airport is part of the BazEl Aero group, which also runs the
airports of Krasnodar, Gelendzhik, Sochi and Yeysk.
