Azerbaijani Deputy Minister of Transport Musa Panakhov commented on
the construction of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railroad route, saying that
it is going according to schedule, 1news.az reports.
He said that the construction is progressing at increased speed to
finish the main part of the railroad before the winter cold sets in.
The route is to be launched in 2011, and is expected to be fully
operational in 2012.
