The presidents of Azerbaijan and Latvia, Ilham Aliyev and Valdis
Zatlers, have given a high rating to the results of their negotiations
on cooperation in political, economic, social and cultural spheres.
The two leaders signed a joint declaration, the official website of
the Latvian president says.
