Blizzard approaching Stavropol region

The emergency services of Stavropol are warning ща the possibility of
emergency situations on the roads in the region due to heavy snow on
Tuesday and Wednesday night, RIA Novosti reports.

The Emergency Situations Ministry does not exclude the possibility of
an increasing number of accidents, traffic jams and congestion on
federal roads, as well as disruption of transport and utility
services.
