Head of South Ossetia orders republic’s capital to be fully developed by 2012

The head of the Republic of South Ossetia, Eduard Kokoity, said that
South Ossetia's capital is planned to be fully developed by the end of
2011.

The development of Tskhinvali was discussed at a meeting with the
heads of ministries and departments of South Ossetia. According to the
head of South Ossetia, all the work on the replacement of
communications will be completed within three to four months.

The president of the republic underlined that by the end of the year
all the streets of Tskhinvali must be paved and sidewalks tiled.

Kokoity said that one of the major landscape designer studios might be
engaged in improving Tskhinvali's urban planning.
