Officials from Iran and the six mediators have concluded the first day
of talks in Istanbul, IRNA reports.
The sides plan to renew the talks this evening and tomorrow. A source
told IRNA that the negotiation atmosphere is positive.
The talks started in Istanbul this Friday morning. The main topic is
the Iranian nuclear program.
Delegations from China, France, Germany, Russia, the UK and the USA
are taking part. The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and
Security Policy, Catherine Ashton, is supervising the meeting.
