According to the chief of the Russian Presidential Administration, Sergei Narishkin, the Russian Information and Cultural Center in Baku will contribute to the humanitarian dialogue which is necessary for both countries, Trend reports. Mr Narishkin made this statement during his official visit to Azerbaijan while attending the opening ceremony of a new building of the Russian Information and Cultural Center in Baku.
