Astana hosts presentation of Eurasian Expert Forum

Astana has held a presentation of the Eurasian Expert Forum. A
memorandum will be signed on the results of the forum. The forum was
founded by representatives of expert, scientific and media structures
of Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Israel, the UK, the Czech
Republic, Latvia, other countries of post-Soviet space and the EU.


The concept promotes the ideology of Eurasia, based on equal rights,
mutual trust and cooperation.


The memorandum was signed by Alexey Vlasov – director general of the
information and analytics center (Russia), Ismail Agakishiyev –
director general of Vestnik Kavkaza (Russia), Ilgar Guseynov –
editor-in-chief of Trend (Azerbaijan), Alexander Tsinker – center for
studies of electoral processes (Israel), Togrul Ismail – associate
professor of the department of international relations of the Turkish
University of Economy and Technologies (Turkey), Anna Churdova –
Advisor to the head of the Association for Regional Offices of the
Czech Republic, vice-president of PACE in 2008-2010 (Czech Republic),
Andrey Chebotaryov – director of the Center for Topical Studies
‘Alternativa’ (Kazakhstan), Eduard Poletayev – editor-in-chief of
Izvestia-Kazakhstan newspaper (Kazakhstan) and Zahar Vinogradov –
director of the RIA Novosti office in Ukraine (Ukraine).


The Eurasian Expert Forum is an open community, a unity of analytical
structures, information agencies and scientific structures of Russia,
Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, other CIS states, Turkey,
Israel and the EU.


The forum has the following goals: establishment of a common
information portal; creation of intellectual products, competitive
within the global expert community; establishment of constant dialogue
platforms and invitation of young experts from the CIS and non-CIS
states; political consulting; analytical support of social projects;
sociological and marketing studies; preparation of young specialists
for the information and analytical market of the CIS and non-CIS
states.


The Eurasian Expert Forum is open to new participants.
