Moscow, Moscow region declare mourning of Domodedovo terrorist act victims

Moscow is observing a day of mourning on Wednesday for those killed in the terrorist attack on Domodedovo airport.

Flags will be at half mast across Moscow and the surrounding region and TV companies have cancelled all entertainment programs.

Services will be held in both churches and mosques across the capital.

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanian has ordered financial assistance for the families of the dead and the injured.
