The former mayor of Yerevan, Gagik Beglaryan, fired at the end of 2010 after attacking a famous person, last Sunday allegedly reverted to his old ways.
This time Beglaryan beat Eduard Melkoyan, the aide of the secretary of the security council of Armenia Artur Bagdasaryan, news.am reports.
On January 23 near the local market in Yerevan a fight took a place between people Beglaryan and Melkoynan.
