Kuban plans to attract an additional 10 billion rubles into its budget
as income from Olympic construction in Sochi in 2011, head of the
region Alexander Tkachyov told a regional parliament session, Yuga.ru
reports.
His deputy Alexander Ivanov said that approximately 227 billion rubles
were spent on Olympic facilities in 2010.
The functionary noted that Olimpstroy has not realized 1.5 billion
rubles yet. However, he assured that, despite the complexity of the
facilities, they will be launched on time. The Baikal-Amur line
requires less work to do.
The head of the Kuban parliament, Vladimir Beketov, said that the
deputies will provide any help necessary.
