Leader of the ‘Democratic Movement for United Georgia’ Nino Burjanadze met the EU Ambassador to Georgia Phillip Dimitrov, Georgia Online reports.
Burjanadze said that the ambassador was informed about the political processes in the country.
She reminded that Dimitrov was fighting for democracy in the Bulgaria during communist times.
Dimitrov expressed interest in the freedom of media, courts, electoral system in Georgia and listened to the view of Burjanadze on the constitutional reforms.
Burjanadze told the EU official about the lawlessness and terror caused by the current Georgian powers. She presented the ambassador with photos and documents. Burjanadze explained the positions and views of her party and the ‘People’s Assembly’.
