Gutseriyev will return to Russia only after the procedures to drop the criminal case against him are completed

Businessman Mikhail Gutseriyev is planning to return to Russia only
after the case against him is dropped and the federal search for him
ceases, a source familiar with the case reports. "On Friday a
statement about dropping Guteriyev's case was made, but formally it
has not been stopped yet. Also, the federal search for him must be
cancelled",  Interfax's source said.

"These are technical points. It is expected that they will be
completed by mid-May", the source pointed out. On April 23rd it was
announced that Guteriyev's criminal case had been dropped.
