An agreement on subsidies for Dagestan has been signed in Moscow to
improve housing conditions in the republic, including for young
families and young specialists, the development of social and
engineering infrastructure in the countryside within realization of
the federal purpose program for social development of rural areas
until 2012, the head of the economy department of the Dagestani
Agriculture Ministry Nigmatulu Imashov told RIA Dagestan.
He said that subsidy credits are the main activity of the state
program for development of agriculture and regulation of agriculture
raw and food markets in 2008-2012.
The office of the Russian Agriculture Bank in Dagestan has already
provided 12.388 billion rubles, including 4.651 billion rubles in
2010.
Manufacturers of agriculture products were provided with 1.058 billion
rubles in 2010.
320.69 million rubles were provided from the republic's budget.
Federal budget funds were provided for subsidizing sheep-breeding and
planting.
Agriculture enterprises in the republic purchases 43 units of
equipment, 8 of them are tractors of the Rosagroleasing company. The
Agriculture Ministry will view the republic purpose program for
improvement of equipment of agriculture for 2011-2015. 25 million
rubles from the budget were provided for the issue.
The ministry is working on establishing agro-industrial parks,
agro-holdings, including processing, transport, logistical systems,
with sales and marketing functions of the processed products. The
Russian Ministry of Agriculture provided 185.216 million rubles.
The Agriculture Ministry of Dagestan took measures for realization of
the federal purpose program for preservation and restoration of
agricultural lands and agro-landscapes in 2006-2010 and until 2013.
953.3 million rubles were provided for the program, 137.4 million from
the federal budget, 124.6 million from the republic's budget, 691.3
million from non-budget sources.
The ministry is also realizing the program of social development of
rural areas until 2012.
1.372 billion rubles were realized, 349.5 million of them from the
federal budget, 465.1 million from the regional budget, 558.1 million
from non-budget sources.
708.3 million rubles were spent on housing, 395 million on
construction of gas-distribution systems, 230.3 million on local
plumbing, 31.8 million on surgeon points, 7.4 million on
communications.
299,200 square meters of housing, 249.1 km of gas pipelines, 104.4
square meters of plumbing, 13 first-aid points, 5 industrial
communication units were constructed.
The total financing of agro-industry is 1.494 billion rubles, 963.3
million of them from the federal budget were provided for animal
breeding, 46.249 million as subsidies for sheep-breeding, 18.526
million for elite seeding, 16.041 million for fruit-growing, 89.062
million for grape-growing, 15.638 million for insurance of
agricultural facilities, 329.5 million for the social development
program of rural areas. 531.4 million rubles were provided for other
purposes.
