The introduction of a two-chamber parliament in Armenia requires long
talks and discussions, press-secretary of Armenian president Armen
Arzumanyan told News Armenia.
Armenian Minister of Communities Granush Akopyan announced the
initiative of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan to form a two-chamber
parliament at a meeting with Armenians in California.
Arzumanyan reminded that the Board of Trustees of the All-Armenian
"Ayastan" Fund considered the ways of expanding ties with Armenian
communities in May 2010. Members of the board were recommended to
present their ideas in a year.
