Chechnya will provide state guarantees worth 15 billion rubles for 25
investment projects. The region needs 25.8 billion rubles of
investments for the projects, Yuga.ru cites the Minister of Economic
Development and Trade Abdula Magomedov as saying.
The minister said that 11 investment projects in Chechnya will receive
9.1 billion rubles in state guarantees. An agreement on the issue was
signed with the Russian Finances Ministry.
The projects receiving state guaranties are the agro-industrial
complex project, development of animal-breeding and seeding,
construction of an agro-plant Tsentroyevsky and construction of a
dairy plant. The government will also support implementation of
broadband WIMAX lines an construction of an ophthalmology center.
Realization of the projects will launch new high-tech facilities in
industrial, energy, communication, agro-industrial, construction,
healthcare and trade spheres. Over 6,000 workplaces will be opened,
minister Magomedov said.
