An explosion happened on the Dagestani railway on Friday night, RIA
Novosti cites a police source in Makhachkala as saying.
The incident happened near Kizlyar at 11pm. The bomb went off under a
train consisting of 60 carriages going from Astrakhan to Makhachkala.
The train did not go off the rail.
A source at the Makhachkala office of the North Caucasus Railways
company said that the two passenger trains of Makhachkala-Astrakhan
and Makhachkala-Moscow route were halted.
