The Russian Ministry for Regional Development will provide 3.6 billion
rubles as co-financing for construction activities using funds from
local budgets, according to the federal purpose programs Russia's
South 2008-2013, Ingush program of social-economic development for
2010-2016 and Chechen - for 2008-2012, RIA Novosti reports.
The order project published on Friday says that 1.5 billion rubles
will be provided for restoration and construction of municipal housing
and 1.9 billion rubles for communal construction. 78.2 million rubles
will be issued for the social-economic development program of Chechnya
and 19 million for restoration of the administrative building of
Itum-Kalin District.
91.3 billion rubles were provided for the district in 2008. 81.5% of
the sum comes from the federal budget, 7.7% - from the budgets of
Russian regions, 10.8% - from private investors. The unemployment
level dropped by over 10%, compared with 2008. Income of the
consolidated budget increased by 50% per capita.
