Clashes with militants take place in Chechnya

A fight between between police and a group of militants, discovered by
local residents while gathering wild garlic, took place in a forest
near the mountain village of Kharsenoi in the Shatoi district of
Chechnya, Yuga.ru reports.

Currently, the area is completely blocked off and being searched.

Kharsenoi is the native village of the Caucasian militant leader Doku Umarov.
