Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Armenia within the framework of a ring highway around the Black Sea is impossible, Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Mahmud Mammadguliyev said, Trend reports.
According to the project, the length of the ring highway around the Black Sea will be seven thousand kilometers, with the road passing through 12 countries. The main route of the road and connecting roads will be located on the territories of Azerbaijan, Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, Greece, Georgia, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine.
