Unknown assailants opened fire at a military Mi-8 transport helicopter
on Monday. The copter sustained light damage, no one was injured, RIA
Novosti cites Vasily Panchenkov, head of the press-service of the
interior troops of the Interior Ministry, as saying.
The helicopter was attacked in the Shatoy District at 12.00 and took 5
bullets. The pilots continued their mission after observing the
damage.
