Chechen Interior Ministry ready to transform to police

The Minister of Internal Affairs of the Chechen Republic, Ruslan
Alkhanov, has reported to the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, that
the Chechen Interior Ministry is ready to change in connection with
the adoption of the Federal Law "On Police", Yuga.ru reports.

On February 7, President Dmitry Medvedev signed the law "On Police",
which will enter into force on the 1st of March 2011.
